« No Shit, it’s good shit !», s’est exclamé Dan, notre buveur irlandais résident et amateur de bières brunes, lorsqu’il a goûté notre Porter pour la première fois. Les malts foncés de notre Porter offrent des notes de café, de chocolat et de réglisse. L’ajout de blé fumé confère un léger caractère umami et prolonge la longueur en bouche. Que dire de plus, le nom est resté ! Mais ne croyez pas Dan sur ce qu’il dit, goûtez-la vous-même !
“No Shit, it’s good shit!” said our resident Irish drinker Dan, lover of brown ales, as he tried our Porter for the first time. The dark malts in our Porter offer up notes of coffee, chocolate and liquorice. The addition of smoked wheat imparts light umami character and adds length to the mouthfeel. What can we say, the name stuck! But don’t trust Dan – try it for yourself!
